for the Future Somalia
Hussein Ali Elmi:
Somalia is a destroyed country, with no infrastructure,
social services, a bankrupt economy, a population who
live below the poverty-line and above all with no law
and order, who destroyed this otherwise dynamic nation?
Who has dismantled the national assets such as the industries,
the power generation, the water pipelines, and plunged
the Somali cities into darkness?
Who killed the innocent Somali people
in thousands? Created hatred among the closely connected
Somali population? Raped etc? The perpetrators of the
above mentioned crimes are at large, political leaders
etc? Whose leaders are they? The people they killed? Can
they serve Somalia?
Also there are leaders who worked
closely with Gen. Mohamed Siyad Bare and the trail of
ruin and destruction they left behind is quite clear and
apparent to the Somali people, the memories of torture,
mining, blind-folding and high handedness is still fresh
in our minds. The regime they served with loyalty was
brutal and dictatorial?
Now, as an average, Somali citizen
whom can you elect and support? Group A carried out physical
destruction of Somalia! Group B caused a systematic destruction
which is spread out in 20 years! How horrific, what a
history! History will never forgive the above two groups.
Yes, there is a choice, and that choice is the innocent
Somali professionals who never committed any crime or
who never betrayed their country & people. I belong
these professionals and I am ready to serve my people
in this context.

social services and re-establishment of the public departmental
units including the law enforcement structures.

13. Eradicate the lack of accountability.

15. Create disaster copping mechanisms.
16. fight insecurity and terrorism both
in Somalia and on the regional level

19. no more detention, no more rape of
innocent women, no more bloodshed in Somalia
